Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a Senior Digital Support Engineer to join our Collins Street team in Melbourne. This hands‑on role blends Service Desk responsibilities with End User Computing expertise across Windows 11, macOS, iOS and Android, plus Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.

You will escalate to Level 3, drive permanent fixes, automate recurrent tasks and mentor peers to lift the team’s capability. Australian citizenship is required and the role is 5 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on IT experience.
• 3+ years’ IT support/Service Desk with Level 3 capability.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset with complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Own incidents and requests end to end via phone, email, and ServiceNow.
• Diagnose problems across endpoints, identity, connectivity and applications to find root cause.
• Resolve Level 2/3 escalations and implement permanent fixes.
• Administer Windows/macOS/iOS/Android devices including Intune enrolment and patching.
• Support Microsoft 365 across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Configure devices for onboarding/offboarding and hardware refresh.
• Create KB articles and mentor engineers to improve team capability.
