Job summary

Revantage APAC, with headquarters in Sydney, is seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer to enhance the employee experience across Asia Pacific. The role focuses on delivering remote Service Hub support to portfolio companies and acting as a change-management ambassador for digital workplace initiatives.

Based in Sydney, you will be the frontline owner of the end-user service experience, coordinating with regional colleagues and ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support across NZ, India,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT service delivery or IT support.
• Experience supporting Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with AV/VC, printing and facilities technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Digital Workplace Engineers to ensure service coverage during operating hours.
• Deliver a superior end-user service experience and drive continuous improvement.
• Own service requests end-to-end in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Act as ambassador for digital workplace change management and end-user communications.
• Support and manage end-user computing devices and IT asset inventory.
• Provide first- and second-line remote support to APAC portfolio companies and enable onboarding.
• Document and maintain IT procedures and knowledge base.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to improve the service experience.
