Job summary

The Department for Health and Wellbeing invites applications for an Executive Coordinator in the Infrastructure Branch, responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering executive support programs and services across administration and business support functions.

You will liaise with high level stakeholders, ensure governance and financial standards compliance, and provide confidential administrative services to the Executive Director.

  • Salary: $92,122 to $102,456– ASO5 – Full Time / Term Contract up to 2 Years

Overview:

  • The Executive Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a range of executive support programs and services, including initiatives, project support and administrative support systems and processes that support the ongoing coordination of Infrastructure Branch administration and business support functions.
  • Provides coordination of the provision of confidential, high-quality support, secretarial executive administrative services, providing advice to a range stakeholder in the correct application of operational processes, procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensures compliance with Government policy, governance frameworks and financial standards and liaising extensively with high level stakeholders to identify and address a range of issues on behalf of the Executive Director, including media, queries and requests.
