NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development invites applications for an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director, Strategy, Performance and Industry Development. This 12-month, full-time role offers 35 hours per week with FlexTime, hybrid work options, and a salary between $102,936.00 and $113,579.00 plus super and leave loading.

As an Executive Assistant supporting the Executive Director, Strategy, Performance and Industry Development, you will play a critical role in enabling the successful operation of a busy executive office and leadership team. Acting as a trusted partner, you will provide high-level executive support, manage competing priorities and help ensure the Executive Director can focus on delivering outcomes that support the future growth and development of NSW's resources sector.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will coordinate complex diaries and commitments, prepare high-quality correspondence and briefing materials, support branch initiatives and projects, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across government and industry. Working at the centre of a dynamic branch, you will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact while developing your skills in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment.
