Support the Chief People & Communications Officer and Executive Office in this varied Executive Assistant role, providing high-level administrative and coordination support across the People, Culture & Communications portfolio.
Working closely with senior leaders and a range of stakeholders, you will manage complex and confidential matters, coordinate Executive Committees, prepare presentations and papers, and contribute to organisational communications and relationship management.
This is a role for an experienced EA who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, managing competing priorities and using initiative to support senior leaders and improve how the Executive Office operates.
You’re an experienced Executive Assistant who is organised, proactive and confident working in a complex environment. You anticipate what’s needed, bring sound judgement to competing priorities and build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
