  • Providing comprehensive executive support to the Chief Strategy Officer.
  • Managing complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Organising domestic travel, event logistics, and executive itineraries.
  • Preparing briefing materials, presentations, correspondence, and reports.
  • Coordinating leadership team meetings, agendas, and action tracking.
  • Supporting governance, strategic planning, and executive administration requirements.
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism.
  • Acting as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including government, industry, and executive contacts.
  • Contributing to team effectiveness through proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership teams.
  • Exceptional diary management and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
