Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ hands-on experience in analytics, insights, or commercial analysis
• Lead or principal level experience advising senior stakeholders with independent judgment
• Strong SQL skills and confidence with relational data
• Hands-on experience with a modern BI tool (Power BI or Qlik preferred; Tableau acceptable)
• Track record of finding actionable insights and proactive risk/opportunity spotting
• Exceptional communication skills; able to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences
• Tertiary qualification in economics, business, finance, engineering, statistics, data or mathematics, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver executive-grade analytics and insights shaping firm-wide decisions
• Advise senior stakeholders and translate analysis into clear recommendations
• Diagnose the real business problem before building dashboards
• Champion data quality and a single source of truth across the business
• Mentor and uplift analysts while working independently end-to-end
• Collaborate with the Digital & Technology leadership and cross-functional teams
