Job summary

GHD is seeking Expressions of Interest for Executive Advisor's - Data & Insights to join our Australia team. You will shape, win and lead major client engagements, build repeatable advisory offerings, and grow high-performing teams aligned to GHD’s engineering and infrastructure strengths.

In this senior role you will lead executive-level client relationships, translate complex data and AI-enabled strategies into tangible roadmaps, and deliver outcomes with quality and commercial accountability.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in data, digital and analytics-led transformation within asset-intensive environments.
• Experience leading executive client accounts and converting relationships into sustained work programs.
• Proven capability in shaping strategy, business cases and roadmaps across data, analytics, AI and digital advisory.
• Strong leadership for building and mentoring teams with an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow executive-level client relationships, positioning GHD as a trusted advisor for data, digital and AI-enabled transformation.
• Shape and convert opportunities into funded work and multi-year programs aligned to market demand and GHD’s core services.
• Act as Project Director / Executive Delivery Lead on major engagements with accountability for client outcomes and commercial performance.
• Provide executive and technical oversight to multidisciplinary teams, setting direction across strategy, architecture, delivery and value realization.
• Translate complex technical and organizational challenges into clear decisions for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to the growth and performance of the Data & Insights practice, including offer development and pipeline management.
• Build, mentor and retain high-trust teams with clear progression pathways.
