Romba Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our civil and landscape teams across Greater Sydney. You will operate excavators, skid steers and other plant on diverse projects that bring parks, streetscapes and public spaces to life.

We value a safety-focused, reliable, team-oriented candidate with experience in civil construction, landscaping or earthworks. A license and White Card are required, with long-term opportunities and a supportive crew.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery on civil or landscape projects.
• Safety-focused with a pride in quality work.
• Licenses including a White Card are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, skid steers and other plant across various civil/landscape projects.
• Perform bulk and detailed earthworks, trenching and drainage.
• Assist with general site works while maintaining high safety and productivity standards.
