BINGO is a fully integrated recycling and resource management company seeking skilled Machine Operators for NSW sites. You will operate excavators and front-end loaders to identify, sort and recover recyclable materials, supporting the company’s goal of diverting waste from landfill.

Permanent/full-time roles with guaranteed hours, overtime, and incentives for experienced operators. A safety-driven culture with PPE provided and referral bonuses available.

Formación

• 1–3 years' experience operating excavator and/or front-end loader.
• Experience in waste processing or heavy industry preferred.
• Ability to read safety signs and communicate via two-way radio.
• Current driver’s licence and own transport due to limited public transport.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and sort heavy recyclable materials on site.
• Recover recyclables such as bricks, concrete, tiles, steel and timber.
• Operate excavators and/or front-end loaders across sites.
• Support safety initiatives and adhere to site procedures.

As BINGO continues to grow its NSW network, we are looking for skilled and experienced Machine Operators to join our team, with multiple roles across multiple recycling and resource recovery sites.

How are you important to us?

Our machine operators are working towards BINGO's clear purpose of diverting waste from landfill to be reprocessed and recycled by identifying and sorting our heavy recyclable materials in one of our excavator and front end loader machines. You will assist in the recovery of recyclable materials such as bricks, concrete, tiles, steel and timber - helping us push for a Waste Free Australia!

What you bring:

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience operating an excavator and/or front-end loader - Strong preference for people coming from Waste Industry, or have processing experience
• Ability to work a day shift - Permanent role, guaranteed Hours
• Relevant licences and tickets, VOC training is acceptable
• Waste industry, or relevant industries - Ie Processing/Manufacturing/Other heavy industry fields
• We care about your safety first so the ability to read and understand safety signs and communicate clearly into a 2-way radio is very important
• Current drivers' licence and own transport due to limited public transport options
