Zusammenfassung

Curtin University is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support evidence synthesis and research translation within the Australian Centre for Student Equity and Success (ACSES) Evidence, Evaluation and Trial (EET) Program.

Working closely with the Project Lead, you will coordinate project delivery, undertake systematic literature reviews, screen and analyse research evidence, and contribute to high-quality evidence syntheses and meta-analyses.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant tertiary qualification with substantial experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Strong project coordination, timelines, resources and deliverables within constraints.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Clear written communication for concise project reports.
• Strong research, analytical and statistical skills.
• Experience conducting systematic reviews and evidence synthesis.
• Judgement, problem solving and collaborative approach in a tertiary education context.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables and resources.
• Work with the Project Lead and stakeholders to define objectives and priorities.
• Develop and maintain project documents, including work plans and reports.
• Monitor budgets, milestones, risks and performance indicators.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, focus groups and events.
• Conduct literature reviews and screen papers against criteria.
• Extract, organise and interpret research data including bias risk.
• Contribute to evidence syntheses and meta-analyses.
