Zusammenfassung

The City of Perth is seeking an experienced Events Operations Officer to shape the future programming for Elizabeth Quay and Barrack Square precincts. You will join a newly created role, coordinating events, activations, and experiences ahead of the precinct transfer in 2027.

You will work with event organisers, tenants and partners to ensure activities are planned, delivered and debriefed safely, efficiently and successfully, from planning to bump-out.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating events, activations or precinct operations.
• Strong knowledge of event operations, WHS, risk management and public safety.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects, budgets and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver Events & Activations from planning through delivery.
• Manage Precinct Operations to keep the precinct safe, accessible and event-ready.
• Engage Stakeholders including organisers, tenants and partners.
• Oversee Compliance & Performance including risks, budgets and reporting.
