Job summary

The University of Western Australia is seeking an Events Officer to design and deliver meaningful experiences across a diverse events portfolio. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to advance UWA's strategic objectives and strengthen engagement with students and the broader community.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, balance multiple workstreams and ensure events meet brand standards, governance requirements and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex events with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong ability to advise, influence and build trusted relationships.
• Excellent planning and organisation skills with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver meaningful event experiences aligned with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate across executive functions, graduation ceremonies, community engagement and institutional events.
• Lead planning and delivery from concept through evaluation while managing budget and governance.
