Job summary

Domain, part of CoStar Group, is seeking an Events Specialist to support planning and delivery of customer events across Australia. You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing and Research to design engaging experiences that educate, inspire and deepen relationships with real estate agents.

The role focuses on end-to-end event delivery, budget management, attendee communications and post-event ROI analysis, with opportunities to innovate through new formats and technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in event marketing or related roles.
• End-to-end event delivery experience from planning to on-site execution.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product and leadership.
• Commercial mindset with ability to measure impact via metrics.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Creative problem solving and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel within Australia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end event programs and experiences.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Research, and Content teams to identify opportunities and align events with business goals.
• Shape event themes, agendas and formats showcasing insights, products and thought leadership.
• Manage day-to-day event logistics, budgets, timelines, venues and speakers.
• Develop attendee communications and journeys across pre-event, event-day and post-event touchpoints.
• Track post-event metrics, including attendance, feedback, engagement and ROI.
• Identify opportunities to elevate event experiences through innovative formats and tech.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, venues and industry partners.
