Job summary

Domain, part of CoStar Group, is seeking an Events Specialist to support planning and delivery of customer events, industry engagements and thought leadership experiences for the Residential business in Australia. You will coordinate national, state-based and local events designed to educate, inspire and engage real estate agents while driving commercial growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in event marketing, customer marketing, brand experiences or related marketing roles.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end events, from planning through to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.
• Strong ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product and senior leadership teams.
• Ability to align event activity to business objectives and measure impact through meaningful performance metrics.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end event programs and experiences including roadshows, leadership forums, educational workshops, hospitality and industry engagements that align with Residential business objectives and deepen customer relationships.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Research, and Content teams to identify event opportunities, streamline internal communication, and align events with commercial goals.
• Assist in shaping event themes, agendas, and presentation formats that showcase Domain's market insights, product suite, and thought leadership.
• Manage day-to-day event logistics, track budgets, oversee timelines, and coordinate venues, suppliers, caterers, and speakers to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop event communications and attendee journeys across pre-event, event-day and post-event touchpoints.
• Track and compile post-event metrics, including attendance rates, feedback scores, engagement levels, and commercial outcomes to measure ROI.
• Identify fresh opportunities to elevate event experiences through interactive formats, event technology, and audience engagement tools.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, venues, industry partners, and speakers to maximise quality and value.
