Liverpool City Council is seeking an Events Assistant producer to support the development and delivery of the Council's event calendar. Reporting to the Strategic Events Lead, you will assist a team of experienced event producers across community festivals, business events and the arts.

We are seeking an Events Assistant producer to form a crucial component in the development and delivery of Councils' event calendar. Reporting to the Strategic Events Lead, this role will provide support to our team of specialized event producers across fields such as community festivals, business events and the arts.
Supporting the Major Events Producers with event planning, promotion, operational aspects and event-administration to successfully deliver a wide range of events.
Manage key elements of our large-scale events and festivals, such as sourcing suppliers, coordination and onsite management of entertainment, stallholder liaison and onsite management
Fostering key relationships with local stakeholders to encourage collaboration from local businesses and organizations to participate in our events.
Coordinating and delivering small to medium scale events from end to end.
