Job summary

The Event Mill in Perth is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator & Assistant Venue Manager to drive event sales, promote the venue, and oversee function planning in a busy entertainment venue. You will manage a team of duty managers, bar staff, and performers, coordinate with the kitchen and management, and ensure first-class customer service.

A salary package of 90K–100K AUD plus incentives is offered; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive function coordinator and sales experience.
• Experience managing venue procedures and stock control.
• Available weekends, Friday and Saturday nights.
• Previous hospitality, restaurant or club sales experience an advantage.
• Able to train staff and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events from sales to execution and liaise with kitchen and management.
• Oversee staff including duty managers, bar staff, security, and performers.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and venue operations.
