Job summary

Applejack Hospitality is expanding and seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our growing team across 12 iconic venues in Sydney. You will execute events, drive revenue, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include managing the events lifecycle from enquiry to follow-up, building relationships with clients, preparing proposals, and coordinating with venue and marketing teams. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role based in NSW.

• Experience managing events from enquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Ability to build relationships with corporate, private and repeat clients.
• Prepare proposals, event orders and handovers with high accuracy.
• Work closely with venue teams to ensure high-quality event delivery.

Applejack Hospitality is expanding and we're seeking passionate Event Managers to be part of our growing team and join the family! About the role

You'll be working closely with the venue team to execute events, drive revenue, build relationships, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

• Manage events from enquiry and quoting through to planning, site visits, execution and post-event follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with corporate, private and repeat clients.
• Prepare proposals, event orders and operational handovers with a high level of accuracy.
• Work closely with venue teams to ensure events are well planned and delivered to a high standard.
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to bring our venues to life through content, social media and brand storytelling
• Support the commercial success of our events through thoughtful budgeting, revenue growth and upselling opportunities
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
