Job summary

Applejack Hospitality is expanding and seeking passionate Event Managers to be part of our growing team. With 12 iconic venues across Sydney, we're about bringing people together to share moments and memories while showcasing Sydney’s talent and passion.

In this full-time role, you’ll work with venue teams to execute events, drive revenue, build relationships, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. Monday to Friday, with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Manage events from enquiry and quoting through to planning, site visits, execution and post-event follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with corporate, private and repeat clients.
• Prepare proposals, event orders and operational handovers with a high level of accuracy.
• Work closely with venue teams to ensure events are well planned and delivered to a high standard.
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to bring our venues to life through content, social media and brand storytelling
• Support the commercial success of our events through thoughtful budgeting, revenue growth and upselling opportunities
