Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale events operations or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and the ability to work autonomously and with a team.
• Valid driver’s licence; familiarity with Melbourne Metro Area preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and night shifts with competitive remuneration.
• Excellent English literacy and professional customer service demeanor.
• Grooming and presentation standards; police check and work boots required.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment up to 10 kg.

Responsibilities

• Handle the bump-in and bump-out stages with meticulous care, upholding high standards.
• Operate vehicles to transport and manage event logistics.
• Plan staff workload and assign tasks to maximise resources and schedules.
• Induct, train and lead logistics and warehouse staff.
• Manage inventory and stock levels with the Operations team.
• Ensure venues and warehouses are clean and well maintained.
• Oversee maintenance services for HVAC&R, fire, hydraulic, electrical, and vehicles.
• Oversee contracted services for cleaning, hygiene, waste management, pest management and grounds maintenance.
