Job summary

Lagan’s Foundation is seeking a Children’s Play and Healthcare Worker to support children and young people aged 0–19 in their homes and communities. You’ll play, engage, and care beyond tasks, creating joy and development during visits of about two hours.

role requires evenings and alternate weekend shifts, UK driving licence, and a preference for childcare/playwork qualifications; benefits include training, development, and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people.
• Love for play-based learning and interaction.
• Confidence to work independently and collaboratively.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (with business insurance).
• Ideally, a qualification in childcare, playwork, or similar and Level 2 Health and Social Care.
