Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a hands-on Environmental Services Lead to manage daily cleaning and sanitization in a laboratory and office setting in Redmond, WA. You will supervise a team of four, ensure tasks are completed to quality standards, and follow SOPs using MS Office tools.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work evenings Sunday through Thursday. Full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental services and custodial management.
• Experience with cleaning standards in regulated environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day in a physical role.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to follow procedures and trainings in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrates leadership, initiative, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four to complete daily, weekly, and periodic tasks on time and to quality standards.
• Sanitize, polish, and maintain laboratories, controlled areas, and offices.
• Utilize Microsoft applications and facility systems for record-keeping.
• Follow standard operating procedures to support regulated cleaning processes.
• Collaborate effectively with the team and provide training and support as needed.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude in a team setting.
