Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a full-time Environmental Services Supervisor in Redmond, WA to lead daily cleaning and sterilization tasks in a laboratory and office setting. The role requires coordinating a team of 4, following SOPs, and maintaining a safe, compliant facility.

The ideal candidate has experience in regulated environments, strong communication, and the ability to work Sundays to Thursdays 5:00 PM–1:30 AM with occasional overtime. Competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental services and custodial tasks in a facility.
• Experience with medical sanitization in regulated environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Work in a laboratory and office environment, performing essential environmental service tasks to ensure the facility is cleaned and in excellent condition.
• Sanitize, polish, and maintain laboratories, controlled areas, office spaces, and common areas.
• Use Microsoft applications and other facility computer systems.
• Follow standard operating procedures to support cleaning processes.
• Lead a team of 4, training, managing, and supporting as required.
• Execute tasks independently and collaboratively within a team.
