Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full vehicle delivery process from order confirmation to final handover.
• Schedule delivery appointments and ensure vehicles are ready on time.
• Track vehicle status, including stock availability, PDI progress, and registration completion.
• Ensure delivery documentation is complete and accurate, including contracts and registration paperwork.
• Act as a key contact for customers throughout the delivery process.
• Maintain CRM / DMS records and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
