Job summary

Harmony Auto NSW, a premier dealership, seeks a motivated Service Advisor to bridge customers and service operations. You will manage front-desk duties, book maintenance, and support the Service Manager in achieving targets.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in automotive repair, 1+ year in customer service, and strong communication skills. BYD/Toyota familiarity is a plus. Australian work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in automotive or related field.
• Knowledge of relevant laws/regulations.
• 3+ years in automotive repair or related industries.
• 1+ year in customer service.
• Familiarity with BYD/Toyota operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop dealership maintenance services.
• Manage customer maintenance appointments.
• Receive customers and prepare work orders.
• Coordinate progress of maintenance work.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery after maintenance.
• Handle vehicle delivery and return processes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate ordering of special parts.
• Implement fair and consistent warranty policies.
• Support pre-delivery inspections and new car handovers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Resolve customer issues through proactive follow-up.
