Job summary

Origin Energy is seeking a Partnerships and Solutions Specialist to grow its EV charging network in Sydney. You will manage a portfolio of electricians, installers and resellers, driving hardware sales across residential, commercial and fleet projects.

This hands-on, high-volume B2B role requires regular customer contact, disciplined follow-up and meeting targets. Collaboration with the Strategic Partnerships and Solutions Lead and CRM-enabled insights will guide growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven high-volume B2B sales and account management experience.
• Experience managing a partner portfolio and converting opportunities to revenue.
• Trade qualification or electrical industry background; willingness to visit partner sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of EV charging partners through frequent phone, email and face-to-face engagement.
• Understand each partner’s pipeline and convert opportunities into charger, load management system and accessory orders.
• Drive partner progression through the rewards program by tracking performance and communicating commercial benefits.
• Provide responsive support on pricing, products, availability and order status, escalating technical matters when needed.
• Use CRM data to prioritise activity, maintain an accurate pipeline and report against sales targets.
• Re-engage inactive partners and share market insights that improve the partner experience and program.
