Job summary

Dyna Automotive, based in Paget, QLD, is seeking an experienced Motor Mechanic for a full-time role. You will perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles including EVs and digital systems, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include planning jobs, ordering parts, mentoring apprentices, and maintaining workshop safety and efficiency. Minimum qualifications include Certificate III/IV or equivalent with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate III with two years of on-job training or certificate IV or higher qualification.
• Three years of experience in similar role to substitute the formal qualifications.
• At least one year of experience in similar role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle repairs and maintenance as per the repair order to the Company’s requirements and report to the supervisor when not feasible.
• Plan each job for maximum efficiency and order parts from Parts and accessories department as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and assist with ordering parts as required.
• Provide on-the-job training and technical advice to apprentices and team members.
• Complete all paperwork and ensure vehicles are returned clean after repairs.
• Follow health and safety regulations and ensure tools and workshop areas are well maintained.
