Australia Post in Mount Isa is seeking an Electric Vehicle Delivery Driver to join our delivery team. You’ll start the day with the team, then head out on a three-wheeled electric vehicle to deliver mail and small parcels with care in the local community.

You’ll be supported by Rider Mentors and a safety‑conscious culture, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles while enjoying reliable shifts from 6:30am to 2:21pm and the security of permanent full‑time work.

Qualifications

• Hold a full or probationary Australian driver’s licence and pass required assessments.
• Flexible to work additional hours when needed.
• Reliable and detail‑focused, handling mail and parcels up to 16kg.
• Meet safety requirements, including the role’s safe working load limit (120kg or less).
• Interested in progression to senior delivery or frontline leadership roles.

Responsabilités

• Deliver using a modern three-wheeled electric delivery vehicle to homes and businesses.
• Prepare mail and small parcels at the facility before delivering with care.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and follow safety processes.
• Receive hands-on guidance from Rider Mentors to build skills.
