Job summary

Australia Post in Hindmarsh Valley is seeking an Electric Vehicle Delivery Driver to start their day with the delivery team and operate a modern three-wheeled electric vehicle, delivering mail and small parcels to local homes and businesses with care.

You'll be supported by Rider Mentors, complete vehicle checks, follow established procedures, and grow into leadership roles within a safety-first culture that values wellbeing and community connection.

Qualifications

• Hold a full or probationary Australian driver's licence and pass required assessments.
• Flexible to work additional hours when needed.
• Reliable and detail-focused, handling mail and parcels up to 16kg.
• Meet safety requirements, including the role’s safe working load limit (120kg or less)
• Keen to learn and progress, with pathways into senior delivery or frontline leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on a modern three-wheeled electric delivery vehicle to homes and businesses.
• Work as part of a supportive team with Rider Mentors providing guidance.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and follow established safety processes.
• Contribute to safe, reliable delivery in changing conditions.
