Job summary

BYD Sunshine Coast is seeking a Car Care Consultant to present vehicle protection products and accessories, working with customers and the sales team to enhance ownership experiences.

You will build value around coatings, tint, and protection, identify needs, and help customers select fittings. A competitive base salary with uncapped commissions rewards performance and client-focused selling.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales, aftermarket, F&I or customer service.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Confidence presenting products and benefits.
• Results-driven with ability to meet targets.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle protection and accessory packages to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build value around paint protection, ceramic coatings, window tint and interior protection.
• Achieve sales targets and maximise opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
