Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking an EUC Technical Specialist to act as the frontline IT face, delivering timely desktop and AV support onsite at our Richmond office. You will handle hardware, software, and system issues, while ensuring smooth business operations and high customer service standards.

Based on-site with potential hybrid arrangements, you will manage tickets in ServiceNow, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with vendors for warranty repairs.

Qualifications

• Core technical expertise in desktop support with hands-on proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Endpoint Management.
• Hardware, peripherals, and meeting room AV technologies experience.
• Excellent communication skills bridging technical jargon and user explanations.
• Customer-centric, calm, and resilient demeanor as the frontline IT face.
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving in dynamic environments.
• Experience managing ServiceNow incidents and requests within SLA frameworks.
• Exposure to or familiarity with Meraki, MDM platforms, and Google Workspace considered highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Audit and troubleshoot meeting room technologies to ensure system readiness.

• Create and maintain procedural documentation and staff training.

Job Description

As an EUC Technical Specialist at Endeavour Group, you will serve as the vital, frontline "face of IT," delivering timely and effective technical support across our Desktop Support function.

Based on‑site at our office in Richmond, you will provide an essential daily onsite IT presence, assisting users both in‑person for walk‑ins and remotely. In this role, your primary mission is to ensure seamless business operations by resolving hardware, software, and system issues with a focus on operational efficiency, technical excellence, and world‑class customer service.

• Frontline Support: Deliver exceptional service across in‑person, phone, email, and ticketing channels to support both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ticket Management: Manage and resolve support tickets within the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring strict adherence to established SLAs.
• Hardware Deployment: Expertly set up, configure, and support desktop computers, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Meeting Room Excellence: Conduct daily audits of meeting room technologies to ensure systems are "meeting ready" and deliver prompt, real‑time troubleshooting.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance on Endeavour Group‑owned technology and liaise with third‑party vendors to coordinate warranty repairs.
• Asset Management: Maintain rigorous Asset and Configuration Management records across the business.
• Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain clear procedural documentation and user guides while facilitating staff training sessions.

Qualifications

• Core Technical Expertise: Proven experience in desktop support with demonstrated hands‑on technical proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Endpoint Management.
• Hardware & AV Proficiency: Strong background in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, peripherals, and meeting room AV technologies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to bridge the gap between technical jargon and user‑friendly explanations for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Mindset & Demeanour: A customer‑centric approach with a calm, composed, authentic, and resilient demeanour under pressure, acting as an approachable "face of IT".
• Analytical & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with a pragmatic, flexible approach to solving complex problems in dynamic corporate and site environments.
• Process & SLA Knowledge: Demonstrated experience working in team‑oriented, problem‑solving environments managing ServiceNow incidents and requests within structured SLA frameworks.
• Desirable Technical Toolsets: Exposure to or experience with the Meraki dashboard, iOS/Android mobile device management, Intune, Google MDM, JAMF, and the Google Workspace suite is highly regarded.
• Commercial Acumen: A collaborative team player with solid commercial acumen, retail understanding, and an eagerness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies.
