Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager - Partnerships to lead strategic business partnerships and oversee technology transition governance. You will drive contract governance, risk management, and ensure alignment between Endeavour Group and external partners.

In a 12-month fixed-term role, you’ll coordinate cross-functional governance forums, monitor budgets, and support execution of transition plans, while partnering with legal, finance, and tech leads to deliver value

Qualifications

• Complex and multi-faceted projects managed end-to-end within timelines.
• Experience driving governance across matrixed internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to distill progress into executive updates and cadence.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Exposure to technology transition projects or external partner relationships is a plus.

• Manage strategic business partnerships and oversee technology transition governance
• 12 month fixed term contract

As the Strategy & Operations Manager - Partnerships, you’ll play a critical dual role in managing strategic business partnerships and overseeing technology transition governance.

You will ensure seamless operational alignment, rigorous contract governance, risk management, and effective technology integration between Endeavour Group and key external partner teams.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

1. Strategic Business Partnership Governance

• Contract & Service Governance: Drive execution and oversight of contract renewals, change requests, service amendments, transition-out plans, and contract exit/cessation procedures across key business areas
• Risk & Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly operational, financial, and risk governance reporting for senior leadership, highlighting timeline risks, critical milestones, and contract notice periods
• Stakeholder Coordination: Lead recurring governance and cross-functional forums involving legal, finance, tech, and business leads to ensure alignment on partner commitments
• Operational Management: Maintain central partnership documentation, shared repositories, change requests, and formal partner notifications

2. Technology Governance & Transition Management

• Tech Governance & Investment Forums: Lead intake, collation, quality assurance, and submission processes for project approval boards and partner technology forums
• Financial & Project Tracking: Monitor financial reporting and budget alignment across active technology project boards, liaising directly with Finance leads
• Transition Governance: Oversee transition-out committee reporting and provide secretariat support for technology program steering groups and project delivery teams
• Operational Tech Support: Facilitate partner contractor onboarding, stage-gate management, and regular working groups across technology delivery teams

What do we need from you

Now let’s talk about you:

• Complex Project & Program Management: Strong track record of managing and delivering multi-faceted, large-scale projects, programs, or workstreams end-to-end within structured timelines.
• Cross-Functional Governance & Stakeholder Coordination: Demonstrated experience driving alignment and governance across matrixed internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Executive-Ready Reporting & Cadence: Proven background in establishing project reporting frameworks, managing risk registers, and distilling complex operational progress into executive updates.
• Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Ability to step into mid-stream initiatives, quickly understand complex operational contexts, and maintain momentum during temporary coverage periods.
• Tech, Transition, or Partnership Exposure: Ideally you have prior experience in technology transition projects, IT governance frameworks, contract management, or external partner relationships, but not strictly required.
