Job summary

Your Role

As a EUC Engineer, you’ll play a critical part in designing, implementing, and maintaining our secure EUC modern workplace technology stacks. Your focus will be on enabling our staff and clinicians with secure, seamless, and future‑focused digital tools, allowing us to deliver exceptional care and experience to the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and support secure EUC solutions such as Microsoft 365 Service, Teams, Intune, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Optimise device management, application delivery, and automation to improve user experience and productivity.
  • Implement security, compliance, and reliability standards across all end user platforms.
  • Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to understand user needs and deliver technology solutions that make a difference.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing to ongoing improvements across our digital workplace.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience as a EUC or end user computing engineer, preferably in large or complex organisations.
  • Expertise in technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows 11, device management, and automation tools.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non‑technical teams.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset and commitment to high‑quality service delivery.
  • Alignment with the values and mission of St Vincent’s Health Australia.
