Qualifications

5+ years leading high-value enterprise software implementations.
Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and cost optimization in sustainability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and teams.
Experience in ERP/PLM/PIM domains is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on lifecycle assessment (LCA) to help customers meet sustainability goals.
Offer domain and technical support on risk management, compliance, and cost optimization.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers as a trusted advisor on sustainability.
Drive renewals by helping customers achieve outcomes with our solutions.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to promote customer growth.
Collaborate with the implementation team for onboarding and ongoing success.
Create and maintain success sheets, project docs, and progress reports.
