Latrobe Regional Health is seeking an Education Admin Officer to provide high-level administrative, operational and customer service support within the Education and Training Unit. The role supports Education Manager, Psychiatric Nurse Consultant and the broader education team.
Based in Gippsland, the position collaborates on study days, LMS maintenance (eLearn) and learning initiatives, ensuring timely processing of study leave and efficient coordination of meetings and resources.
An exciting opportunity exists for an Education Admin Officer up to 0.9EFT (72 hours per fortnight) fixed term basis for LSL coverage (October 2026 - May 2027, potential for ongoing).
The Administrative Support Officer is a key member of the Education and Training Unit, providing high-quality administrative, operational and customer service support to the Education Manager, Psychiatric Nurse Consultant and broader education team. The role contributes to the efficient delivery of education and training services across the organisation through effective coordination, communication and administration.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will support a range of activities including meeting coordination, study day administration, learning management system maintenance, study leave processing and stakeholder engagement.
