NEX Building Group Pty Ltd in NSW seeks a detail-oriented ETS Estimator to join our operations team. You will assess, price and manage Extra to Schedule (ETS) requests that arise during construction, ensuring cost accuracy and timely processing while coordinating with stakeholders across the build journey.

Key duties include analysing ETS submissions in the ETS App, reviewing supplier and subcontractor quotations, issuing and tracking purchase orders, collaborating with internal teams to resolve

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years estimating experience in a similar role and industry.
• Medium to advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical documentation.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Sound understanding of building processes, materials, and costings.

Responsibilities

• Analyse ETS requests prior to processing through the ETS App platform, ensuring submissions are accurate and documented.
• Review and validate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure all necessary items are included.
• Issue and maintain purchase orders promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve ETS queries.
• Analyse ETS trends, identify cost-saving opportunities and provide insights to management.
• Maintain accurate records of ETS approvals, variations and supporting documentation.
• Ensure ETS pricing is commercially sound and delivered within service levels.
