Job summary

Fidelity in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an Operations Specialist, ETFs, to oversee day-to-day ETF operations, including iNAV oversight, market making interactions, and AP creations/redemptions with ASX disclosures.

You will coordinate with external service providers and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient service delivery, support new ETF launches, and contribute to ongoing improvements in ETF platform functionality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ETF/fund accounting environment
• Experience with ETF operations and markets preferred
• RG146 compliance or willingness to attain it
• Tertiary qualifications supporting fund accounting knowledge
• Strong regulatory knowledge of managed investments and entities

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ETF operations including iNAV oversight and market making
• Coordinate AP creations/redemptions and ASX disclosures
• Ensure timely internal and compliance reporting
• Keep ETF policies up-to-date and review annually
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement new procedures
• Collaborate with third-party ETF providers to improve operations
• Support ETF product launches and new share classes
• Provide cross-functional support across Fund Accounting and related teams
