Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Sydney is seeking an Associate in ETF Servicing Operations to help clients trade, settle, and launch new ETF products. You will collaborate with industry leaders, manage daily operations, and build strong relationships with clients and Authorized Participants in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

In this role you support daily trading and servicing activities for ETF clients, ensuring accurate order management, reconciliation, and timely publication of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of industry experience.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, managerial, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a global operating environment and matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage ETF order activity and respond to client queries.
• Oversee daily trading operations, including reconciliation of shares and valuation breaks.
• Publish key deliverables to external stakeholders daily.
• Participate in industry working groups and ETF initiatives.
• Reconcile ETF and transfer agency deliveries against core controls.
• Engage in discussions with Fund Sponsors launching new ETF products.
• Provide monthly KPI reporting to clients and senior management.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and Authorized Participants.
• Support ETF record keeping and capital stock activity.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• ETF industry experience (3 years).
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA.
• Strong knowledge of complex corporate actions and dividend income.
• Expertise in ETF cash component processing.
