Transcend Building Group Pty Ltd – Brisbane QLD is seeking a full-time Estimator/Assessor to join our growing team servicing the insurance repair industry. As a small family business we value high quality works and great customer service.

You will prepare insurance assessments, handle expert reports, and maintain clear verbal and written communications with clients and staff. Prime Ecosystems experience, a valid driver’s license, and a white card are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance repairs is preferred and knowledge of industry KPIs is helpful.
• Digital literacy and proficiency with relevant databases and portals.

Responsabilités

• Meet external and internal KPI targets.
• Prepare insurance assessments and expert reports.
• Communicate verbally and in writing to keep clients and staff informed.
• Create detailed scopes and estimates.
• Collaborate with Supervisors/Coordinators to meet budgets and KPI targets.
• Work with our databases and online portals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian and national standards.

Transcend Building Group Pty Ltd is seeking a fulltime Estimator/ Assessor

Transcend Building Group Pty Ltd are on the lookout for a pro active and experienced individual to become a part of our growing team servicing the insurance repair industry. As a small family business we're all about providing high quality works and great customer service.

We are on the look out for an experienced and self motivated individual who can work as a part of a close knit team, servicing Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions dependent on your location. Previous experience within the insurance industry is preferred as this role is based around meeting a high level of customer service and industry KPI's.

Your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Meeting both external and internal KPI's

Preparation of Insurance assessments/ expert reports

Verbal and written communication to keep clients and staff well informed

Creating detailed scopes and estimates

Working with our supervisors and coordinators to achieve set budgets and KPI's

Woking within our databases and online portals

Up to date knowledge of current Australian and National standards

Ideally, we are looking for a highly experienced individual with proven industry knowledge and experience. Digital literacy will be required and experience working with Prime Ecosystems software is essential, you must have a valid driver's license and white card.
