Job summary

AMA Collision at Gemini Mackay is seeking an experienced Vehicle Estimator to join our team. This permanent, Monday–Friday role leverages your collision repair knowledge to quote vehicles accurately and efficiently, onsite and online.

You’ll provide excellent customer service, inspect arrivals, and help guide customers through repair cost targets and insurer procedures. Join a supportive, safety‑driven workplace with strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Collision repair industry experience is essential.
• Ability to quote vehicles accurately and in line with targets and insurer procedures.
• Experience processing quotes onsite, offsite and online.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
• Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner according to repair cost targets and procedures.
• Complete quotes onsite, offsite and online as required.
• Process vehicles onsite by conducting arrival inspections, mapping and imaging.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Estimator to join our AMA Collision team at Gemini Mackay.

Whether you’re already in a similar role or working on the tools and ready for your next step, this could be your perfect opportunity.

This is a permanent, Monday–Friday position. Collision repair/panel shop experience is essential.

What You'll Do:

• Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
• Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
• Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site and online.
• Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous collision repair industry experience (Essential)
• Strong commitment to working safely.
• Good attitude, with excellent communication skills.
