Job summary

Saltire Infrastructure Pty Ltd in Western Australia seeks an ambitious Estimating Lead to shape the future of our business. You will lead estimating, tendering and commercial activities, identifying opportunities and developing winning tender strategies to drive profitable submissions.

Reporting to the MD, you will mentor estimators, manage risk and collaborate with operations to deliver seamless project handovers.

• Proven experience in estimating leadership or senior commercial roles
• Strong understanding of civil, water or utility infrastructure projects
• Commercially astute with strong financial and contractual knowledge

• Review and assess tender opportunities

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll lead all estimating, tendering and commercial activities across the business.

You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing winning tender strategies, managing commercial risk and ensuring accurate, profitable submissions. Equally important, you'll work closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless transition from project award through to successful delivery.

This role suits a commercially astute leader who enjoys improving processes, developing people and contributing to broader business strategy.
