  • Lead governance and oversight of established portfolio partnerships
  • Establish and maintain a robust cadence of performance reviews, business reviews, and accountability frameworks
  • Manage existing and develop new partnerships, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery against agreed objectives
  • Identify and implement interventions where partnership performance is below expectations
  • Foster strong working relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders, including regulatory, market access, medical, legal/and compliance , finance and supply chain teams
  • Lead cross-functional team in delivering any new supply partners
  • Business Development & New Revenue Opportunities
  • Evaluate potential expansion opportunities across Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Island markets, and other emerging commercial channels
  • Assess business cases, ROI, risk, and strategic fit for new revenue-generating opportunities
  • Explore alternative business models capable of leveraging BI assets, capabilities, and partnerships
  • Partner with regional and global colleagues to identify and assess new growth opportunities

Strategic Performance & Governance:

  • Develop portfolio dashboards and performance frameworks to monitor value delivery
  • Provide regular portfolio insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Lead strategic reviews and support annual business planning processes
  • Ensure robust governance, compliance, and operational discipline across all initiatives

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, consulting, business development, or commercial leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical lifecycle management and mature brand strategy
  • Experience managing external partnerships, alliances, or strategic business relationships
  • Demonstrated success developing and implementing complex commercial strategies
  • Experience building business cases and evaluating investment opportunities
  • Knowledge of Australian pharmaceutical market dynamics and reimbursement environment preferred
