Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an ESG Advisor in Sydney to support the day-to-day management of the Deepki ESG platform, data governance and sustainability reporting within our property management teams.

You will work with Property Managers and Facilities Managers to ensure accurate ESG data, produce client reports and help drive energy and emissions analytics in the built environment. This is a data-centric role in a collaborative CBRE team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Property, Data Analytics or similar.
• Exposure to ESG, sustainability or data management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with large datasets and reporting tools.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with Deepki, Envizi, SIERA, GRESB, NGERS or ASRS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ESG data within the Deepki platform.
• Ensure data quality, completeness and ongoing system accuracy.
• Produce ESG and sustainability performance reports for clients.
• Support energy, water, waste and emissions monitoring and analysis.
• Assist with sustainability certifications and ESG reporting initiatives.
• Support onboarding and configuration of new client mandates.
• Collaborate with Property Management and Facilities Management teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ESG strategy development.
