Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an ESG Advisor to join our Sydney-based Property Management team, supporting the Deepki ESG platform and data governance across energy, water and emissions reporting.

You will collaborate with Property and Facilities Management, clients and our ESG Director to turn sustainability goals into measurable outcomes for built environment assets in Australia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Sustainability or related field required.
• Experience with ESG, sustainability or data management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ESG platforms and reporting frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ESG data within the Deepki platform
• Ensure data quality, completeness and ongoing system accuracy
• Produce ESG and sustainability performance reports for clients
• Support energy, water, waste and emissions monitoring and analysis
• Assist with sustainability certifications and ESG reporting initiatives
• Support onboarding and configuration of new client mandates
• Collaborate with Property Management and Facilities Management teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ESG strategy development

At CBRE our ESG team partners with property, facilities and asset management professionals to turn sustainability goals into measurable outcomes. Our Sydney based team is growing and we are looking for an ESG Advisor who enjoys working with data, solving problems and contributing to meaningful environmental outcomes within the built environment.

Reporting to the Director - ESG, you'll play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day management of our ESG platform, sustainability reporting and data governance processes. You'll work closely with Property Managers, Facilities Managers and clients to ensure accurate ESG data and reporting that supports informed decision-making

The Opportunity:

• Manage and maintain ESG data within the Deepki platform

About You:

• Experience with Deepki, Envizi, SIERA, GRESB, NGERS or ASRS is advantageous
