Job summary

CBRE is seeking an ESG Advisor in Sydney to support the day-to-day management of the ESG platform, sustainability reporting and data governance. You will collaborate with Property Managers and Facilities Managers to ensure accurate ESG data and reporting for informed decision-making.

The role focuses on data quality, reporting, and supporting energy and emissions monitoring across commercial property assets, contributing to ESG strategy and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Property, Data Analytics or similar.
• Exposure to ESG, sustainability or data management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ESG data within the Deepki platform.
• Ensure data quality, completeness and ongoing system accuracy.
• Produce ESG and sustainability performance reports for clients.
• Support energy, water, waste and emissions monitoring and analysis.
• Assist with sustainability certifications and ESG reporting initiatives.
• Support onboarding and configuration of new client mandates.
• Collaborate with Property Management and Facilities Management teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ESG strategy development.
