Job summary

Blackmores Group is seeking an ERP Communications Senior Coordinator to join our Transformation team in Sydney. You will deliver engaging content across intranet, newsletters, emails, presentations and FAQs to support a large-scale ERP rollout.

This hands-on role focuses on awareness, understanding and adoption of new ways of working as we implement enterprise-wide ERP across the organisation. 18-month contract based in Surry Hills, NSW.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in communications or related field.
• Strong written communication and content development skills.
• Experience creating multi-channel communications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing and publishing content across channels (intranet, newsletters, email).
• Supporting ERP communications plan and activities.
• Collaborating with change managers and project teams to gather information.
• Coordinating communication schedules and deadlines.
• Assisting with employee engagement activities like town halls.
