Exclaim IT is seeking an enthusiastic testing professional to lead complex test planning for ERP, workforce management, and payroll environments. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to define problems, refine requirements, and design data deliverables.

The role requires experience with automated testing tools like TestAssure and Azure DevOps, plus offshore/onshore team leadership and a strong attention to detail. Commitment to quality and health & safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Test Certification required.
• Experience leading ERP, workforce management, and payroll testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide the Test Plan outlining strategy, objectives and scope.
• Prepare a Test Execution Plan with SIT/UAT scope and schedule.
• Lead the creation of the Test Scenario Catalogue.
• Update test coverage matrix with SME input.
• Manage Defect Triage and escalate risks for mitigation.
• Oversee Test Summary Exit activities and resolution of tasks.
• Ensure adherence to test management standards and processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive best practices.
• Maintain awareness of Health & Safety practices in testing context.
