Job summary

Hidden seeks an ERP Manager to drive efficiency and process optimization across our global platform. You’ll lead a team of four ERP specialists, own NetSuite implementations, and partner with stakeholders to ensure the tech stack scales with our mission-driven growth.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, Digital Product, you’ll foster agile practices, mentor analysts and integration specialists, and map complex business processes to improve 3PL interactions and iPaaS tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite consulting and business analysis experience.
• Strong ERP, 3PL integrations, and iPaaS understanding.
• Experience leading a small team and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ERP team of four specialists and own the NetSuite roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align ERP initiatives with business goals.
• Drive process optimization across supply chain and internal integrations.
• Monitor project delivery, manage timelines, and escalate risks as needed.
• Foster agile practices and empower teammates to deliver meaningful outcomes.
