Hidden is seeking an ERP Manager to drive efficiency and optimization of our NetSuite platform while supporting global growth. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, Digital Product, you will lead four ERP specialists and partner across the business to deliver scalable tech solutions that delight customers and streamline operations.

You will shape strategic roadmaps, mentor the team, and align technical decisions with our mission to be eco-friendly and impact-driven.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in NetSuite consulting and business analysis.
• Deep ERP and 3PL integrations experience.
• Strong understanding of iPaaS and enterprise tech strategy.
• Ability to align technical decisions with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP programme ensuring scalable, reliable NetSuite platform.
• Mentor and develop a team of four ERP specialists.
• Collaborate across functions to drive process improvements.
• Define KPIs and measure project outcomes with stakeholders.
• Support global growth initiatives through tech enablement.
