Job summary

Lutheran Homes Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Digital Uplift program, implementing ERP and CRM solutions across SA and VIC. This 12-month fixed-term contract sits in Operations and requires coordinating internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders including a Steering Committee.

You will oversee day-to-day activities, manage risks, and ensure milestones are delivered on time and within budget, driving smooth adoption of new systems.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Business, IT, or PM and professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile).
• Demonstrated ERP implementation experience with strong vendor coordination.
• Proven ability to manage complex interdependencies and multiple software vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution to meet milestones, budget, and scope.
• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate interdependencies between software providers and teams.
• Track progress and escalate budget/time changes to sponsor.
• Manage project resources and consultants as required.
• Liaise with Steering Committee to ensure outcomes.
• Control program budget with the delivery partner to avoid overruns.
• Facilitate monthly status reporting to sponsor and Steering Committee.
• Collaborate on change management initiatives for adoption.
• Support staff engagement and readiness through change plans.
